Your orders will be shipped from the United Kingdom, via Royal Mail. We ship worldwide.
Orders to the UK are usually shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class, however if you wish for a tracked postage, or one that will require a signature, please contact us before placing your order to discuss any additional costs that may incur.
For all other countries, we'll ship using Royal Mail International Tracked Service. Again, please contact us for other options before you place an order, if you would like one.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you would like to return your order please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order, we will provide you with the details to return your item, and from here you must return it within next 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if:
the customer knew the item was faulty when bought,
the customer damaged the item by trying to repair it themselves or enlisting another's help (although it may be possible we may allow replacement, repair or a partial refund),
the customer no longer wants the item (for example, if the wrong size was bought),
the customer personalized or asked the item to be custom-made (for example, if initials or texts to be embossed were requested)
We offer a refund for such items, only if they are faulty. However, we are keen to keep our customers satisfied, and will do our best to discuss the resolving of the issue. So please do get in contact, and we may offer an exchange or a refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know that it has arrived. We will notify you, immediately, regarding the status of your refund once we have inspected the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, or any other method of payment you wish to use. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except if your item was faulty, given that a refund will be issued.
